Abstract
The present Decree implements the Forestry Law of the Canton of Aargau of 1 July 1997. In particular, the Decree lays down provisions relating to financial issues, such as compensation payment in case of land clearing, financial contributions to nature protection measures, contributions to prevent forest damages and contribution to the care of the forest. The text consists of 7 articles.
