Abstract
The present Decision enforces the Federal Chemicals Act of 15 December 2000. In particular, the Decision lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Article 1 establishes that the Building and Environment Office is responsible for the implementation of the federal legislation concerning chemicals. The text consists of 3 articles.
