Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 42 of the Fisheries Act of 5 December 1976. The text deals with the following matters: privileges, leasing period, fishing prohibition, fishing gear and fishing methods, mesh size, fishing vessels, limitation of catch, cleaning of fishing waters, calculation of compensation, etc. The Ordinance consists of 36 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (I); Fishing rights; fishing gear and fishing methods (III); Protection and care (IV); Final provisions (V).
