Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 42 of the Fisheries Law of 5 December 1976. Article 1 establishes that the present Ordinance applies to private and public fishing waters. The Ordinance consists of 36 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Fishing rights (B); Fishing gear and fishing methods (C); Protection and care (D); Final provisions (E).
