Implementing provisions relating to the Ordinance on wine growing and the importation of wine.

The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Ordinance on wine growing and importation of wine of 7 December 1998. Article 1 establishes that the Office for Economic and Social Affairs is responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Federal Ordinance except to the extent that matters are transferred to the Specialized Wine Office or Food Safety and Animal Health Office.
