Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983, the Federal Air Pollution Ordinance of 16 December 1985 and the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 16 March 2006. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to control of emissions in firing installations in the Canton Obwalden. The text consists of 5 articles.
