Abstract
This Regulations implements the Industrial Plants Basel Law of 11 February 2009 and specify the services provided by Industrielle Werke Basel (IWB) under the public contract in the field of electricity. The Regulation defines customer and provides rules for network area and connection guarantee, power connection, grid operation and energy delivery, measurement data provision and invoices. The text consists of 58 Articles divided into 7 parts.
