Implementing Regulation of the Industrial Plant Basel concerning supply of electricity.

The present Regulation implements the Industrial Plants Basel Law of 11 February 2009 and the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the supply of electricity in the Canton Basel-Stadt. The text consists of 67 articles divided into 13 Parts as follows: Subject (I); General provisions (II); Transmission grid and grid connection (III); Transformers, distribution cabinet (IV); Grid connection (V); Domestic installations (VI); Measuring device (VII); Counters (VIII); Delivery and user conditions (IX); Invoicing (X); Public lightening and clocks (XI); Special and completing provisions (XII); Final provisions (XIII).
