Abstract
The present provisions implement article 19 of the Introductory Law of 24 September 2000 relating to the Federal Inland Navigation Act (Inland Navigation Act Introductory Law). In particular, article 1 establishes that the competent cantonal authority for navigation is the Road Traffic Office. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: Competences (1); Indicators, identification cards and checks (2); Schools and events (3); Criminal proceedings (4); Final provisions (5).
Entry into force notes
The Provisions enter into force on 1 January 2001.
Notes
The present Provisions are consolidated as of 1 January 2011.The present Provisions repeal the previous Provsions of 3 October 1975 on the same subject.
