Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act applying to waters in the Canton Graubünden. The text consists of 21 articles divided in 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Navigation in general (2); Commercial navigation (3); Non-commercial navigation (4); Motorized navigation (5); Adaptation to changing conditions (6); Administration of justice (7); Final provisions(8).
