Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 25 January 2008. The underlying idea is that financial aid shall only be granted, if the financial viability and the sustainability of measures also take into consideration the future of the agriculture policy and economic conditions. The text consists of 17 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements for individual operational measures (2); Cantonal contributions (3); Financial aid for alpine enterprise (4); Transitional and final provisions (5).
