Abstract
The present Regulation implements the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 25 January 2008. Article 1 establishes that the Canton promotes animal breeding and livestock sale by granting subsidies. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Animal breeding (II); Livestock sale (III); Proceedings (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).

The present Regulations enter into force on 1 March 2008.
Notes
The present Regulations are consolidated as of 27 April 2010.The present Regulations repeal the previous Regulations of 13 February 2001 on the same subject.
