Abstract
The present Regulations implement the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991,the Federal Water Protection Ordinance of 28 October 1998 and the Cantonal Water Protection Ordinance of 16 March 2006. In particular, the Ordinance establishes that heat use from subsoil by means of geothermal probe, heat collector and energy piles is subject to authorization. Application shall be send to the Agriculture and Environment Office. The text consists of 5 articles.
