Introductory Law relating to the Federal Agriculture Act (Cantonal Agriculture Law).

The present Law implements the federal legislation on agriculture, and lays down provisions dealing with the promotion and support of a sustainable agriculture in the Canton Nidwalden. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Production, quality and marketing (II); Subsidies by the Canton (III); Improvement of agricultural structures (IV); Restructuring of residential buildings (V); Vocational training and advisory service (VI); Financial provisions (VII); Organization (VIII); Implementation, legal protection and penalties (IX); Transitional and final provisions (X).
