Abstract
The present Law regulates the implementation of the Federal Environment Protection Act. In particular, the Law lays down cantonal provisions for the protection of human beings, animals and plants against harmful effects, as well as for the preservation of soil fertility. The text consists of 42 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Limitation of the environmental impact (B); Final provisions (C).
