Ordinance on protection against oil, hazardous substances and radiation.

The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 7 May 1989;the Ordinance relating to the Cantonal Environment Protection Law of 26 June 1991and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Act on protection of waters of 7 May 1995. The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the organization and running of the civil protection against oil, hazardous substances and radiation.
