Abstract
The Law implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement proceedings of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 10 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Network areas (I); Connections (II); Fees (III); Proceedings, penalties and final provisions (IV).
