Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Animal Protection Act of 9 March 1978. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Federal Act. The text consists of 18 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Proceedings (II); Final provisions (III). One Annex is enclosed.
