Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to fishing industry in the Canton of Aargau. Article 1 establishes that the right to fish belongs to the State. Therefore, any concession shall be given keeping in mind the general interest. For this purpose, the fishing areas are divided in fishing zones. All sub-concessions are prohibited. The concession is subject to the future holder being resident in the Canton. The holder will receive a permit for a certain period of time. The text consists of 22 articles.
