Abstract
The present Law implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 14 January 1991. In particular, the Law lays down provisions relating to the protection and establishment of groundwater zones. The text consists of 13 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Purpose (I);(deleted - II); Provisions on protection zone (III); Transitional provisions (IV); Costs (V); Final provisions (VI).
