Abstract
The present Law implements the federal legislation on environment protection. Furthermore, the Law establishes complementary provisions on the subject. Part B deals with special provisions, in particular: assessment of environmental impact, protection against disasters, air pollution, radiation, noise pollution, protection against ozone layers, waste, electrical and electronic machines, packaging of beverages, biological safety, plant protection and fertilizers, hazardous substances, chemicals. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Special provisions (B); Final and transitional provisions.
