Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Introductory Law relating to the Environment Protection Act of 22 January 2007. Part B deals with special provisions, in particular: assessment of environmental impact, protection against disasters, air pollution, radiation, noise pollution, protection against ozone layers, waste, electrical and electronic machines, packaging of beverages, biological safety, plant protection and fertilizers, hazardous substances, chemicals. The text consists of 64 articles divided into3 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Special provisions (B); Final and transitional provisions (C).
