Abstract
The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Luzern. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure. The text consists of 44 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Geographic information system (2); Official land survey (3); Bearing of costs (4); Procedures, legal remedies and penalties (5); Final provisions (6).
Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Notes
The present Law is consolidated as of 1 June 2015.
