List of fees of the Industrial Plant Basel concerning the use of the net for electrical energy.

The present List of fees is made under the Industrial Plants Basel Law of 11 February 2010. In particular, article 1 establishes that for a transparent allocation of the net costs the Swiss transmission and distribution net is divided into four voltages and three transformation levels and thus divided into seven net areas. The text consists of 35 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Network usage charge network level 7 (low voltage level) (II); Network usage charge power level 5 (medium voltage) (III); Network usage charge level 3 (high voltage level) (3) (IV); Transitional and final provisions (VI).
