Abstract
The present List of fees is made under the Industrial Plants Basel Law of 11 February 2010 and the Federal Energy Act of 26 June 1998. In particular, the present Schedule of fees regulates the supply with electrical energy to end consumers. The text consists of 14 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Tariffs for electrical energy (II); Transitional and final provisions (IIII).
