Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Law on foodstuff and objects of daily use of 9 October 1992. The text consists of 16 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: Organization (I); Slaughterhouse (II); Slaughtering and slaughter hygiene (III); Examination of animals to be slaughtered and meat inspection (IV); Determination of slaughtering weight (V); Vocational training of meat inspectors (VI); Fees and compensation (VII); Final provisions (VIII) .
