Oil Emergency Team Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991. In particular, the Ordinance establishes an Oil Emergency Team (Ölwehr) for the protection of both groundwater and surface waters against water polluting liquids (oil spills and the like). This Oil Brigade is under the responsibility of the Canton and municipalities.
