Abstract
The present Ordinance implements various articles of the Environment Protection Law Basel-Landschaft of 27 February 1991. In particular, article 1 lists charges levied on the occasion of the authorization of running small, medium and big waste disposal plants. Article 2 lays down charges concerning the control of such waste disposal plants. The Ordinance deals also with the increase and reduction of charges, rejected applications, lack of inspection and repeal of existing legislation. The text consists of 11 articles.
