Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Land Use Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. Article 1 establishes that all land consolidations for the purpose of building and boundary adjustments shall be executed according to the provisions of the present Ordinance. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Consolidation of building land (II); Boundary adjustment (III); Final provisions (IV).

Notes
The present Ordinance repeals all conflicting provisions and in particular the Ordinance of 16 February 1954 on the same subject.The present Ordinance is consolidated as of 1 June 2010.
