Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Planning and Building Law of 3 December 1978. Article 1 establishes that the Canton grants contribution to the costs of regional land use planning. Exceptionally the Canton can also grant contributions to the costs of local land use planning. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Conditions of contributions (1); Amount of contributions (2); Payment of contributions (3); Transitional and final provisions (4)
