Abstract
The present Ordinance implements article 46 of the Federal Environment Protection Act and the Environment Protection Law of the Canton Basel-Stadt. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees charged by the Air Hygiene Office of both Cantons of Basel. This Office is responsible for the monitoring of the quality of the ambient air and the implementation of measures to fight air pollution. The text consists of 4 articles.
