Environment Protection Law Basel-Stadt (USG BS)(780.100).

The purpose of the present Law is to: a) ensure the implementation of federal legislation on the same subject; b) issue supplementary cantonal provisions on the protection of the environment. The Law applies to all matters contained in the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and its related Ordinances.
