Ordinance by the governing Council relating to the Federal Water Protection Act and to the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Water Protection Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Water Protection Act of 24 January 1991 and the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Water Protection Act of 5 March 1997. Article 2 establishes that the Environment and Building Office is the competent authority in the Canton for the enforcement of the aforementioned Law.
