Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Federal Wine Ordinance of 14 November 2007. Article 1 establishes that wine-producing enterprises which use for their wines the controlled origin designation must comply with the provisions of the present Ordinance. The text – consisting of 13 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: production areas and locations, designations, cultivation methods, methods of wine preparation, costs, enforcement and entry into force.
