Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Noise Protection Ordinance of 27 September 2001. The text dealswith the following matters: competent authorities, threshold values for stationary and non-stationary sources of air pollution, sound proofing noise insulation in new buildings, sound proofing noise insulation in already existing buildings, and noise protection in general. The Ordinance consists of 29 articles.
