Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Law on charges for ecological services of 22 September 1991. Article 1 establishes that the Office for Nature, Hunting and Fishery is the competent authority of the Canton St. Gallen on this subject. The text outlines also various other offices entrusted with the execution of the above-mentioned Law.
