Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Inland Water Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, article 2 establishes that the Justice and Safety Office is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 44 articles divided into3 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Special provisions (II); Final provisions (III).
