Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the inland navigation on public waters of the Canton. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (1), Competences (2); Restrictions (3); Buildings and facilities for shipping (4); Penalties and final provisions (5).

The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 1995.
Notes
