Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. In particular, the Ordinance regulates navigation on public waters of the Canton unless federal law applies. The text consists of 27 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Competences (II); Practice of navigation (III); Limitation of navigation (IV); Transitional and final provisions (V).
