Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to inland navigation in the Canton Aargau. In particular, the Ordinance regulates the enforcement of the Introductory Law relating to the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 7 May 1980 and the Law on exploitation and protection of public waters of 22 March 1954. The text consists of 46 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: Sphere of application (1); Authorization of ships (2); Limitation of navigation (3); Storm warning and rescue service on the Hallwilersee (4); Taxes (5); Fees (6); Payment of taxes and fees (7); Miscelleanous provisions (8); Transitional and final provisions (9).
