Abstract
The present Law regulates the enforcement of the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975, the limitation of navigation, as well as the taxation of ships. The text - consisting of 21 articles – deals with the following aspects: docks, immatriculation, general authorization restrictions, safety measures, navigation on the Rhine, taxes and fees, repeal of existing legislation and penalties.
