Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Cantonal Law on Nature and Landscape Protection of 20 November 1991 and the Ordinance of 23 October 2013 on direct payments to agriculture. In particular, the Ordinance regulates compensation payments for contributions to promote biodiversity, the quality of landscape, as well as ecological networks in agricultural areas. Article 2 establishes that payments are made under the Federal Ordinance of 23 October 2013 on direct payments to agriculture. The text consists of 30 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Contributions for biodiversity (2); Landscape quality contributions (3); Contributions in general (4); Agricultural management agreements (5); Organization (6).
