Abstract
The purpose of the present Ordinance is to implement the Federal Ecological Quality Ordinance. Article 2 establishes that the Agricultural Office – involving also the Planning and Nature Protection Office - is the competent authority in the Canton. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Network projects (II); Amount of contributions and financing (III); Administration and enforcement (IV); Final provisions (V).
