Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983 and the Federal Air Pollution Ordinance of 16 December 1985. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to measures pertaining to the Air Pollution Action Plan. The text consists of 6 Parts as follows: Competences (A); Firing system (B); Stationary internal combustion engines (C); Trucks (D); Facilities of industry and commerce (E); Combustion of forest, field and garden waste outdoors (F).
