Abstract
The present Ordinance enforces, inter alia, the Cantonal Animal Protection and Animal Disease Law of 4 May 1997. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law. In particular, Part 1 lists competent cantonal organs responsible for the implementation of the Cantonal Law.The text consists of 39 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Animal protection (2); Dog keeping (5); Fees and compensation (5); Legal protelction (6). One Annex is enclosed.
