Ordinance relating to the Federal Power Supply Act.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Power Supply Act of 23 March 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to a correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act in the Canton Uri. The text - consisting of 11 articles – deals with the following aspects: subject matter, allocation of grid areas, connection duty outside the network area, connection outside the building zone, existing connections, adjustment of network tariffs.
