Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Federal Inland Navigation Act of 3 October 1975. The present Ordinance applies to all small vessels including long ships sailing on the waters within the territory of the Canton Basel-Landschaft. Article 2 establishes that the Police of the Canton Basel-Landschaft is the competent authority for inland navigation. The text consists of 10 articles.
