Ordinance on structural improvement and accompanying social issues in agriculture (Structural Improvement Ordinance).

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to regulate the issue of measures on structural improvement and accompanying social measures according to the Cantonal Agriculture Law of 30 April 2000 and the implementation of the federal measures on the same subject. The text consists of 37 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Competences (II); Contributions for structural improvements (III); Investment loans (IV); Operating aid loans (V); Securing structural improvements and buildings as well as the refund of contributions, loans and grants (VI); Transitional and final provisions (VII).
