Ordinance on waste collection in Basel-Stadt (Waste Collection Ordinance)(786.150).

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, the Environment Protection Law of 13 March 1991 and the Federal Environment Protection Act of 7 October 1983. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of waste deriving from domestic-sources. The text consist of 19 articles divided into 10 Parts as follows: Kind of waste (I); Waste excluded from collection (II); Domestic refuse collection (III); Collection of hazardous waste from households and small businesses (IV); Collection of recyclable waste (V); Waste from industrial, commercial and service enterprises (VI); Construction waste (VII); Informatics and statistics (VIII); Costs (IX); Violations (X).
