Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Ordinance on monitoring and control of pests in agriculture of 26 June 2007. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that the costs for monitoring and measures taken for the control of pest are compensated by the Agriculture Office. The text consists of 8 articles.
